SUGGESTION COOKING COURSES

Our cooking courses included ingredients, the book of receipts and the apron. At the end, it’s always included the tasting of dishes. The cost is per person and it must be paid in advance with postal order or money transfer or immediately in cash. The courses are personalized. Contact us for different time and day requirements.

Mortadella mousse (mousse made with bolognese sausage)
Ricotta tortelloni (home made pasta filed whit ricotta cottege cheese)
Choccolate and pear cake

Potato ravioli whit Parmigiano(home pasta comprised of a filling)
Friggione(traditional bolognese side dish of onion, ripe tomato and sausage)
Artichoke pie

Gnocchi burro e oro(potato dumpling whit butter and tomato sauge)
Cotoletta alla Bolognese (traditional bolognese cutlet)
Stuffing zucchini
Tiramisù

Strozzapreti whit vegetables sauge (the name means "priest strangler" in italian and it refersto the pasta shape that resemblet a roll tower)
Vegetable pie whit spinach
Crocquettes whit greens and mortadella
torta di riso (traditional bolognese ceke made whit rice)

Polpettone (meatloaf)
Red sauce ( tomato and vegetables)
Melanzane alla bolognese (bolognese side dish of eggplants)
