We offer a course in Bolognese cooking a stone’s throw from the two towers. Learn the basics, and secret recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Maria is passionate about cooking. She began cooking at young age, and has amassed a great knowledge of Emilia-Romagna’s traditional dishes. Bolognese cuisine is a reflection of the Bolognesi themselves: lavish, exciting, extraordinarily rich and varied. Bologna’s nickname is "the fat", and rightly so. The region is the gastronomic heart of Italy. The courses will run for two hours a day on a flexible basis; according to your schedule. Click here for sample recipies. |
